Has anyone heard of the Christmas song Breath Of Heaven? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I got my holiday music box out and in my box I found a Christmas song named Breath Of Heaven and I would like to know if you have heard it played on the radio each December? It was a holiday hit in 1992 for Amy Grant who wrote the song with Chris Eaton and then it seems like every singer and group seems to sing it on their Christmas cds. Breath Of Heaven is also nicknamed Mary's Song. What is the song actually about and what's the history behind it? Breath Of Heaven is a truly enchanting Christmas song and it really impressed me when I first listened to it

I own an Amy Grant Christmas CD on which she sings this song. The song is about Mary being chosen by God to be the mother of Jesus.

What other music groups and singers sing Breath Of Heaven? Because I know that country singer Vince Gill sang it and then the group Point Of Grace did a pretty impressive version of Breath Of Heaven and Jessica Simpson sings it as well.
