Default McDonalds McRib is Back But With A Disappointment

If you like this McDonalds sandwich, it may be much harder to locate than it was before. Infact, you may even have to drive 100s of miles to get it.

I never liked the McRib, I wished that they'd bring back the Arch Deluxe.

Everyone always seems to flip out over the McRib every year, and I've never even tried one. I can't say I'd drive too far for any fast food item.

I can understand your point Huntington, driving so far to get what is nothing more than a burger with BBQ sauce anyway. But if it look at it from a scenic point of view, the drive itself would be cool. You know, to get away for awhile on a road trip? And maybe you just happen to drive by the place?

Have you ever had a McRib? If you have then you'd know that description you gave doesn't even come close.

Burger with BBQ sauce.

That's not too bad of a drive, and it sounds like you get to kill two birds with one stone there.

My mom ate the McRib Sandwich once and she disliked it and I don't know why or how it became so popular. But my mom actually perfers the Filet-O Fish sandwich from McDonald's a lot better

I've had the McRib more than once. Basically, if you buy processed rib meat, pickles, onions, and Italian burger rolls...you can make your own McRib!

I wish McDonald's would bring back the McPizza... I hear you can make a pizza as little as 5 minutes now.

I really enjoy the Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, but they have gotten to be so pricy! I think last time I got one it was between four and five dollars. They aren't all that big so I thought the price was really up there. I always thought they should have had better specials with them, like two for $5.

That's another one I've never tried and I'm not so sure I'd want to try it. There's so many places that specialize in pizza and do it well and I have my doubts that McDonald's is one of them.

The only time I've known the Filet-O-Fish to go on sale is Fridays during Lent (early March through mid-April). Sometimes you can get 2 for the the price of 1 or 1 for 99 cents. Be on the lookout next year, especially if you live near a Catholic Church.

I had the McRib for the first time a couple years ago and I didn't like it. I'm not very fond of pork though.

I hate BBQ sauce so I'm good.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to remember that. The only problem is that Arby's only has fish sandwiches during Lent and I tend to like theirs more, lol. Maybe I'll switch off.
