Sad Left Eye of TLC

Did any of you guys here. Lisa "Left Eye" of TLC died in a car crash. Does any one know what exactly happened? I just read it on the new on the bottom of the screen.

Cool

All I've heard so far is that she was driving a car in Honduras and she crashed and died. My heart and prayers go out to her loved ones during this horrible time.

I heard 6 other people were in the car with her, but she was the only one killed. I like some of TLC's music, so I'm saddened by Lisa's death. Its kind of a shock factor. When I got up this morning the bottom of the channel talked about a "Lisa". I had no idea who they were talking about at first because I caught the tail end of the scroll. It is tragic when your life is cut so short. I wonder what TLC will do now? Will they break up or try to replace Lisa or carry on as just 2 members? I think they will break up. I don't think they can carry it without Lisa. Fans are used to the three members, and I just don't think it would be the same without her. RIP Lisa

It's ABSOLUTELY sad!!! I think it's suspicious that everyone was OK in the car but HER tho. She was beautiful and it's sad cuz they (TLC) were gonna come back this year.

Maybe she forgot to buckle up... Well the car flipped upside down and I think she was driving so she was probably crushed to death on the wheel.

I heard that she was with 7 other people and when they crashed she flew out because she didn't have on a seatbelt. It's sad that she had to go so young.

Heres the story

“NO WORDS CAN possibly express the sorrow and sadness I feel for this most devastating loss,” said Arista president L.A. Reid, who helped shape the career of the Atlanta-based R&B group, one of the best-selling female groups in history.
Police in Honduras say Lopes lost control of the rental car she was driving. The car rolled, and her publicist says Lopes was killed instantly. The other people in the car — reports vary on whether there were six or seven passengers — were taken to a hospital.
The crash happened near Jutiapa, 150 miles north of Tegucigalpa, the Honduran capital. “The car rolled for reasons that we still don’t know, and that are being investigated,” police spokesman Luis Aguilar said. Spokesman Jay Marose said Lopes had a condo in the area and visited frequently.
TLC, which also includes Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, had such hits as “Waterfall,” “No Scrubs” and “Unpretty.” Their latest album was “FanMail.”
“We had all grown up together and were as close as a family,” the surviving bandmates said in a statement. “Today we have truly lost our sister.”
Their songs delivered a message of female empowerment, using sassy, tongue-in-cheek rhymes. The lyrics to “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Waterfalls,” and “No Scrubs” were straight from the streets yet poignantly addressed safe sex, AIDS, black on black crime and self-respect
