Interesting argument. I'm curious to see where it goes. At least in Montana, I know of one individual who had his sentence greatly reduced due to his age at the time of the offense.

I say keep him in there. He was 17, many judges have ruled that's close enough to 18 to charge as an adult. He is responsible for the deaths of six firefighters. This was not a speeding ticket. You don't just get out after 20 years for murder. Or you shouldn't anyway. My opinion.

I also think it's an interesting legal argument.

I'm not an attorney, but I wonder if his degree of involvement could influence a judicial decision at this point.
