The CW drama has cast the sci-fi staple (The 100, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Dollhouse) to join Season 2 as the gamblin’ supervillain, who, according to ComicBook.com, runs an underground alien fight club in National City and is eager to get Supergirl in the ring.
