Was TBS planning to create it's very own game show hour? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Not so long ago I heard a rumor that TBS was gonna have it's own game show hour that was gonna be shown in the midnight hours and it was similar to ABC's Summer game show lineup. Among the game shows that TBS was gonna have was a new version of Match Game PM that was gonna be hosted by Andy Richter but the plans for TBS's game show hour were never made and the game show hour was forgotten about. Why did TBS do away with this hour? Because it sounded like a fun hour that TBS could have made successful

I don't know. I think that show among other game shows would have worked.

CBS ordered a pilot in 2010 for a new Pyramid with Andy Richter but passed on it in favor of The Talk. TBS later announced they had picked it up but it never went into development. The announcement may have been premature.
