Episode search help

I hope I'm allowed to ask this kind of question as a newcomer. (And that someone recognizes the scene and may be able to help out with a reply.)

I'm from Sweden and have recently found a Swedish site about mentionings of Sweden, Swedish things, lines in Swedish and everything as such in movies and tv from all over the world.

This reminded me to look for whether they already had listed, a scene I remember from when I was a kid, from an episode of Happy Days. They didn't, so here's my description of the scene:

Richie is for some reason eavesdropping on two men somewhere in school (I guess), but is discovered. Richie is holding a broom, which prompts one of the men to ask "Are you the new janitor from Sweden" and Richie replies "Jaaaaaaaa, I'm (whatever Swedish name he comes up with), and with my "putzi putzi" (or whatever he calls the broom) I clean up, yada yada...."

The other men now wants to get rid of him and one of them asks "What's Swedish for Get Lost?", to which Richie replies "Volvo!!!"

He then leaves, and one of the men mumbles "I thought Volvo was a car brand" or something...

It would be awesome to pinpoint which episode this was, if someone recognizes it easily. Any help, like just narrowing it down to the correct season or whatever is of course helpful.
