Religious channels

Those are about the only ones I don't think there would ever be something I want to watch on.

Paid programming channels
Both History channels

SyFy
All music channels( except solid gold oldies And 70s)
Any of those news channels like CNN or MSNBC

Oh yes, TV Land and paid programming channels are very much the waste! In fact, paid ads are a big reason why GSN should be on my list of wastes now (of course, I still see Card Sharks and Pyramid from GSN, so that might make me somewhat the hypocrite).

^Card Sharks and Lingo are the only shows I watch on GSN and still it's rare that I watch.

Instead of listing channels I don't watch, I'll list the ONLY channels that I DO watch:

FOX (for "Judge Judy")
NBC (for "Days of our Lives" & "Wheel of Fortune")
GSN (for "Lingo" & "Card Sharks")
Lifetime (for "Unsolved Mysteries")
Pop (for "The Love Boat" & "Baywatch")
ID (I watch this channel a lot)
WGN (for "In the Heat of the Night")
Hallmark (for "The Golden Girls", occasionally)
TV One (for "Sanford and Son", "A Different World", & "The Jeffersons")

Directv doesn't offer Antenna TV, MeTV, or Laff. If they did, they'd definitely be on my watch list.

I wish I got TV One. That's one good channel that DirecTV offers that Dish doesn't.

My crap channels are:

Fox News
Fox Business
Bloomberg
Viceland
CSPAN
Bravo
National Geographic Channel
AMC
Classic Arts Showcase
Smithsonian Channel
TNT
Fusion

My favorite channels are:
Laff
Family Net
Logo
Lifetime
LMN
USA (for WWE & L&O: SVU only!)
TBS

I have Dish Network, so I'll probably never see TV One, Me-TV, or Antenna TV or any of the good digital subchannels. I don't understand why they can't be offered to cable and satellite companies instead of just over the air with an antenna.

With Directv, we do get TV One but we don't get Laff or Family net. I guess it's an even deal but I sort of like the sitcoms Laff airs more than TV One.

On Laff, I watch The Drew Carey Show, Grace Under Fire, Empty Nest, Cybill and of course I watch Night Court every night! On Family Net, I watch Barney Miller every night. Some of these shows haven't been shown forever. Also, Logo airs Silver Spoons and Three's Company. Hopefully we'll have The Ropers one day!

I don't have cable so therefore don't watch it. I mostly watch Antenna and MeTV and Laff. I can't wait till Antenna adds Alice next year!

2. MTV What's the point since it no longer has music?
3. All news networks How many do we really need? Except for the news shows on CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox
