Top 10, huh? I'll have to think about it and get back to you. But you know who they'll revolve around

My most memorable... In no real order
1. "Bob Loves Barbara" Waiting gets a huge audience cheer.
2. "Ann's Crisis" Upset about turning 36? Try approaching 45! Get over it, girl.
3, 4. "November Song" As someone who's only had relationships with ones younger than I, I found this two-parter poignant.
5. "Wicked Ann" Ann slaps Alex, and a very young me who saw this episode when it originally aired, was totally floored.
6,7. "Baby Love" I felt for Babs and Mark when they couldn't adopt the kid they fell in love with.
8. "Auntie Francine" Francine and Alex team up to take over the world. Hey, sign me up!
9. "The Amarillo Connection" This is likely the ep where Ann gets her revenge on Francine by...dumping a small vase-full of water on her? "You slightly messed up a few of my hairs...you witch!"
10. "Sunday Father" The first episode I saw when Antenna TV was returned to me...appropriately, an episode featuring a great deal of interaction between my two faves, Alex and Barbara.

Great thread idea, Sven! I'm looking forward to Bonnie's top ten Max episodes.

I didn't like Julie's operation or Barbara's broken nose!

Julie and JC was good also Dinner at 7 was good! And Julie's job ( at the greasy spoon restaurant ) Father David and the one where Ann catches David in bed with the neighbor and Barbara the fink were good eps. too!

I liked Julie's Operation mainly because of that Doogie Howser-like doctor that Julie had a crush on. And no, not for that reason...

Hmmm, reading back my list from yesterday, I suppose not. Interesting. I guess the thought of Barbara cheating on her husband with her brother in law (or anyone) makes me queasier than I thought. Because the episode is well written, well acted, and definitely fun to talk about.

I was just sad seeing Julie sick and Barbara injured! Funny but I didn't have that reaction when my boy hurt his back! I was sad for him yes, being in pain but I enjoyed the ep.! Maybe cause he was laying there going "OOOOHHHH" !!!!!

I guess that young Doctor had moved out by the time Max's back went out and Julie went into labor?

After dealing with Ann, the doctor moved out immediately after the appendix operation was over
