Michael Imperioli Commits to "Lucifer" Season 2
by Anthony D'Alessandro August 8, 2016 "Lucifer" executive producers Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson dropped the news today that "The Sopranos" star will play the angel, Uriel, the brother of Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) and Amenadiel (DB Woodside). Sources tell Deadline that Imperioli will guest star. Season 2 will revolve around Lucifer’s mother, played by Tricia Helfer. “She’s a stick of dynamite that explodes,” said EP Joe Henderson, “Season one was all Daddy issues, but Mom’s here in the flesh, what does that mean?” “The fun thing about Mom, is that she’s a soul in search of a body.
