Mary Tyler Moore wore a long wig the first season as Mary Richards
Rob Riner wore a wig on All in The family
Max Gail who played Wojciehowicz on Barney Miller
I don't know if Bonnie Franklin worse one on One Day as A Time but it looked like it.
The actor that plays Howard on Bing Bang Theory looks like he wears one, but I don't know.

I'm pretty sure that was Bonnie Franklin's real hair!

She's a light brunette by nature ,so the red color wasn't real. But the hair was!

I'm pretty sure Agnes Moorhead wore wigs when she played Endora on Bewitched.

Also, Katey Sagal wore a wig when she played Peggy on Married With Children (with possible exception to the first season).
