It's a nice store that sells DVDs and music for cheap. You should check to see if theres one around your area. I do know the Pittsburgh area has about 7 so that's a plus!

The name sounds familiar. I believe there is a military store called The Exchange. There is also The Commissarry for military. I know one is a food store whereas the other is for other stuff.
