I watched it today on ME TV for the first time, and before it started they showed the NBC peacock with the announcement "THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS PRESENTED IN LIVING COLOR...ON NBC" that NBC used to show before all its color shows.
Has ME TV always shown this?

I love this opening and remember it well from my childhood, though I mostly remember the Peacock opening its wings in shades of gray (on B&W tv sets).

Me-TV shows the NBC Peacock (and the NBC Snake at the very end) for the first 25 or 30 of the "Lost Episodes" (starting with late S6 episode "Lothario Larkin", the earliest of these episodes), but the later "Lost Episodes" look pretty much like any other Bonanza rerun, with the reruns currently on Me-TV (from S11) ending with the Worldvision syndication bumper.
