Default I Got The Grady DVD Set Today

The artwork is pretty basic as will all MOD releases. It contains 9 episodes of Grady so it is missing one episode. It is missing the Christmas episode which is disappointing because the Sanford and Son cast guest starred in that episode.

It believe that missing episode is the reason the DVD set is titled The Best of Grady rather than the complete series or season 1. That would sort of be false advertising since every episode was not included.

The best part about the set is that the episodes are unedited with run times over 24 minutes long. The quality is decent but the set does suffer compression issue because 9 episodes are crammed on 1 disc.

All in all the set is great and the only way we will ever see this gem released so let's accept what we got.

Sort of sad the Christmas episode is not included but I'll live.

No point in me buying it then. Why the f*ck would all the other eps be available and not the Christmas episode?

The set is not great if it's missing the best episode

Isn't there a episode with ROLLO making a guest appearance by himself?

That is why it does not say complete series or season on the box. It says The Best of Grady because it is incomplete. Why get angry over 1 episode?

It was obviously the best episode of the series which featured 3 characters from sanford and son

Can you let me know if there is a episode with Rollo appearing alone in a episode about missing quarters

That was stupid to skip that Christmas episode and charging $30 for only 9 episodes is outrageous. I will just wait to get it until the price goes way down. No way I would pay $30 for a 9 episode series when I got the complete series of Sanford and Son for $25. I guess I will have to search YouTube or buy a homemade set from ioffer in addition to get that missing episode.

Sadly that price will not drop. Most MOD releases are steeply priced and rarely drop. I hate MOD DVDs but they are the only way to get shows like this on DVD.

These type of DVDs do not even work on my player so I have to back then up on my computer then burn the files to another disc.

You are wrong. MOD releases don't normally go down in price and in certain cases when they do go down in price it's usually not that much of a difference. These are not like regular DVDs that are in a warehouse somewhere because they are made when they are ordered. These DVDs are higher in price for a reason sadly.
