Default Episode- Shake Hands

Was this episode shown on Antenna TV recently? I was going to DVR it, but either I missed it or Antenna TV didn't air it.

It's them, not you. They skipped it. If you want to see it, it's on YouTube:

^ OK thanks. I was thinking they skipped it because I check the schedule pretty closely.

That's the one where Francine comes back and goes into business with Ann. It's a bad one to skip, because it's kind of important to the last 3 years.

Plus Bob's in it

Well as far as I'm concerned, unless Bob had a majorly big part in the ep. I probably wouldn't have liked it! My least fav. eps. are the ones that focus on Ann's job /career ,and I'm not a fan of Francine! The only exception was when they went to Paris. That was kind of funny!

The episodes I dislike are usually those that focus on Julie. Shake Hands isn't a big favorite of mine but I planned to DVR it anyway, no big deal though if Antenna skipped it. I currently have 118 episodes saved on the DVR, planning to do a few more so I'll have about 126 episodes recorded when I'm done.

If you've been recording somewhat consistently , why have you stayed away from the One Day at a Time A-Z thread?

LOL, well since you asked there are a few reasons.

First of all, the rest of you are doing just fine in that thread without me, anything I would post there has probably already been said by someone else anyway. I like One Day At A Time, but I'm not obsessed and can't post about it every day on this message board, that isn't my style.

Secondly, I'm not really fond of these A to Z letter games, although I know that thread is basically anything goes and the script isn't always followed. And I try to avoid threads that are overly busy with many posts, as I feel my comments might get overlooked with all the other activity going on.

Thirdly, all you regulars who are posting there have formed a "clique" with each other, I'm not part of the group and haven't been asked to be, so I don't want to crash in and spoil your party. I do read the thread occasionally, I see what gets posted and if I have something I want to say, I'll post it don't worry I'm not shy. But generally speaking, I don't like what goes on in that thread and I think I'm better off staying away from it.

They still might show 'Shake Hands" ! I was checking Antenna's schedule, and they have "Hardball" listed as being on Thurs. July 21! And they just ran Hardball out of sequence!!! I don't see why they would show that twice, unless it's to drive me crazy!!!! Max laying on the couch moaning! WHOA!!!!! LOL!!! So maybe Antenna will realize the mix up and put "Shake Hands "on that day! IDK?

^ I'll continue to check the listings for the episode. If I'm correct, Antenna ran the episode before so why they would skip it this time I don't know.

I am officially asking you to join our clique. I have never been popular enough to be in one before. I hope one day you will change your mind and be part of our little family.

Thanks that's very kind of you, I appreciate the invitation. I'll think it over, I don't know about posting every day, but maybe I'll pop in once in a while.

I like your current avatar with Wilma and Betty. I watched a Flintstones episode tonight on the DVD, Cave Scout Jamboree. A fun episode, and a good one to watch in the summertime.

Yeah, that was the one where there were boy scouts from all over the world, and they sang in different languages! That was a good one! I love the Flintstones!

Yes, as Anna said, come post with us!!! The more the merrier!
