What a DUMB show! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Last night, there was some kind of marathon for Angie Tribeca, so I decided to give it a chance. I heard this show was funny, and judging from the commercial/clips, I thought this show might be worth it, but it SUCKS. You can tell that this show is meant to be funny, but it FAILS big time. I must have watched about five episodes, and I never laughed once.

IMO, this show sucks big time.

I saw the first show and thought it was stupid. I haven't watched another one.

I've never seen an episode, but I've seen some clips, and they usually made me laugh. Seems to have a Police Squad vibe.

I found this thread thinking it was the Angie thread,and I am glad I found it since I am a fan of Police Squad.I read a review that said it seems a bit dated
To me,a bit dated,would sound to be a positive thing.
The review more or less says it is not the show,
but the cast who can't pull it off.
I have never seen it.

Why do you say it SUCKS ?

They try too hard to be funny. It looks stupid. They might be trying to be like Police Squad or even Sledge Hammer but they come up short. Oh and the clips did look funny which is the only reason I gave the show a chance.

Yeah, well, I think it's a SMART show because I laugh so hard that I..that I..maybe you're right. Ah, Police Squad ! We hardly knew ye.

The show most certainly does not suck. Some people get it. Some people don't.
