Which scenes should we have seen? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

After binge-watching Soap, I noticed there are some scenes that weren't written but should have been:

1) We never saw Burt reacting to the reveal of Chester as Peter's killer. Solving his son's murder had consumed him all of season one, and he even went a little crazy because of it. Not getting a reaction from him or seeing him discussing it with his family now seems a glaring omission.

2) We never saw Chester's kids reuniting with him after he came back from the dead.

What moments would you have liked to see?

My most obvious answer would be, of course, resolutions to the final episode cliffhangers.

Well, what I'd really like to have seen of course is an ending to the series... specially what would happen with Chester, his wife and Danny; Burt making up with Mary and what happened to Jessica.

We also never saw Corrine telling her parents she is in love with Father Flotsky. Jessica is at the wedding. After Chester comes back from the grave, he all of a sudden has a son-in-law.

That would've been great! I bet they could've gotten the show back on track. Season four had a lot of missteps.
