I found a album called Voice Of The Young People that was by a rap star named Lil' Mama and I want to know what became of her career because I have never seen another album released by Lil Mama again and the only other music I heard from Lil' Mama was that she appeared in a remix of the song Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne and Lil' Mama was supposed to have a new album but it never came out or saw the light of day
What's Lil' Mama doing now?

For over 3 years she has talked about putting out this big second studio album.
She has put out music in the form of a mix tape,singles,and videos.
She could have made more money then she did from the first album.
I doubt she has had any professional management after Jive Records disbanded.
She has given some of her music away,since she does not use itunes or Amazon.com to sell her new music. RCA might own the rights to her album that has not seen the light of day,but if so,why do they,or who ever owns it,not release it ?

Great info about Lil' Mama. I first read about her in a magazine and think she was talented as a rap star and then I went to Walmart and bought her album and was amazed at her talent. It's a surprise that Lil' Mama did her lone album because she could've had a chance at another album
