The Same Issue

I just finished posting a message about something that I had read in "Star" magazine that reminded me of "Gimme a Break!" This post is about something else from the same issue of the same magazine that also reminds me of "Gimme a Break!". One thing that I have written quite a bit about in the past is the fact that I was very surprised to learn that Hazel Shermet was already in her early sixties when she appeared on "Gimme a Break!". I think that she was hot for a woman that age! Whenever I see a chick who I think looks good in her later years, I measure her against Hazel Shermet. A while back, I started a thread called "Older and Prettier". In this thread, I wrote about how, during the time that I was posting it, Meryl Streep was even older than Hazel Shermet was in her "Gimme a Break!" years and, in my opinion, was even a little bit prettier. Well, on the front cover of the magazine that I just finished writing about, there is a picture of Nicole Kidman with a caption that says "Wow!". Under the picture, it says "Looking Great at 48!". On the last page of this magazine, there is a picture of Nicole in a bikini on the beach in Sydney, Australia. It was taken this past March. I am going to have to agree that she looks pretty sexy for a 48 year old! Yet another older woman for me to measure against Hazel Shermet!
