is it true that sara gilbert (Darleane) in real life is melissa Gilbert (From little house on the parrie) sister I heard that they were adopted along with a brother that played willy on little house is theis true or not???

Well I know that Sara and Melissa are sister in real life I don't know about the brother. And I don't know if they are adopted but Sara and Melissa are definatly sisters.

!Yes! Sara and Melissa are sisters and the boy who played Willy on Little House is their brother too! But I thought that Melissa was adopted! I could be wrong though!

Melissa and Jonathan Gilbert are adopted.

Melissa Gilbert was adopted. Saw it in a bio of her. Her parents divorced -- Sara is actually a product of Melissa's mother and step-father. But since the Gilbert name was noted in showbusiness, Sara took the Gilbert name by choice.

I've often wondered if that bothered Sara's father. When you have a kid, you want him/her to have your last name, not your wife's late ex-husband's name.
