Default It's not until season 8 when we find out that Janet is bi-sexual

LOL

At the end of the episode when Terri says I will kiss anyone who can tell me what's going on, all the men lined up to explain the story about the $1000 to Terri

Jack, Larry, Mr. Furley, the cop, and the man from the bank and guess who gets in back of the line?? JANET WOOD!!!!

Yup, janet wanted to explain the story to terri so they can KISS

Um, okay... I doubt that is what they were trying to convey but I guess everyone sees things differently.

The guys got in line because they wanted to kiss terri. SO why would janet get in line too?

Janet starts explaining to Terri to clarify the situation, but she gets crowded out by the guys who actually expect to get a kiss. See the screenshot. The dudes are flocking toward Terri, leaving Janet outside the group. Therefore, Janet was not "in line."

I think JSP is correct in the overthinking assessment.

Janet sleeps in the same room as Teri. She can wait till the guys have gone

Who knows! Remember when Janet said to Chrissy, "Why can't we take each other out? We could have a good time without men." That was in the season 4 episode "Love Thy Neighbor." Without context it sounds pretty salacious.

Her trying to explain made it look like she wanted a kiss lol

She could have clarified it later

I think Janet knew that Terri was using a figure of speech. I hope you don't take everything so literally, lol

I remember a time when that same figure of speech was used on an episode of the "Brady Bunch" as well as an episode of "What's Happening!!".

I always thought Janet got in line too. I thought it was just an extra joke they threw in. This show is known for it's over the top humor.
