Has anyone heard of or tried this? It's Amazon Review Trader where product testers (me) request items they want to review. Sellers, if they like your profile and your past reviews, will choose you to test their products.
Reviewers (testers) get items for free or at a deep discount. I signed up two weeks ago and have reviewed seven items, mostly pricey facial products. I've spent about $3, and I'm having a blast with the products. Writing the reviews feels like homework, but it's worth it. https://www.amzreviewtrader.com/ |

That's awesome, Janice! I always wondered how that worked when I see reviews on Amazon that say, "I received this product in exchange for my honest review." I'd definitely be into trying this. Thanks for sharing.

Again, thanks for sharing this, Janice. I've received several face products, and most recently a great pair of $60 shoes for $15.

Michael, I'm so happy that you're finding this useful. When I first signed up, I felt that I had to write super long reviews; then I noticed that not many people were doing that. I think as long as you stress the positive parts of the product (and the negative too, I guess) and why you like/dislike it, that's good enough.
One item that's a good deal are phone cases. I bought 12 of them for our granddaughters. They both have IPhones, different versions. I got some of the nicest phone cases. Most of them were free, and a couple cost just $1 to $5. We gave them to the gals the other night, and they just loved them. They make great gifts and stocking stuffers.
