"Lucy Does The Tango" Question - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi All,

In this episode, which is one of the best later scenes epiosdes, is there some dialoge that is cut when Lucy asks Little Ricky about where he hid the chickens? Is this the episode where Ricky says something to the effect, "you won't get spanked son...just tell the truth." or am I thinking of a different episode? If this IS the episode that I am thinking of, what lines are actually cut? Secondly, this episode was supposedly shown during the "Best Episodes" marathon. If those lines were cut, were they included in the marathon if they are from this episode, or did TV Land pull a fast one on the public by saying the marathon stuff was supposed to be uncut when it really wasn't?

Yes that dialogue is from #172 Lucy does the tango Iwatched that episode on monday night, but the lines were cut but the lines are from that episode- just cut
