Hallelujah. This last tax season took quite a toll on me emotionally and physically. I haven't shared this with anyone yet... but I've already decided that I can't do another tax season in public accounting. The toll it took on me was just too much. So, wish me luck, once I sleep this stress off it'll be time to look for a new job.

Last week I found out I was going to receive the biggest tax refund in my life (over

$500.00!!!

). This week I found out I need to have a root canal.

The Good Lord saw fit to give me this refund so I could get this done without decimating my bank account.

Doing my NY state taxes was a living hell; seems much more complicated than it was last year. When I do 2016's next year, I'm starting the minute I get my W2's

Be sure to have your Crown scheduled for your tooth soon -- I think the recommended wait is no more than 6 weeks (never wait too long after the root canal).
