Hello, does anybody know; in those episodes where when Ray walks into his house, he calls Debra a cute nickname; is that part of the script or is it Ray that just calls her that on the spot ??

I don't know, but I actually liked it. One time, he came home and called her "Jelly Cheeks".

Once it was a minor part of the plot, when Ray (with his friends' prodding, I think) decided to call Debra "smelly tramp". So that time it wasn't improvised.
