Good riddance to Winston Moseley, the subhuman who raped and murdered Kitty Genovese in 1964. He had spent nearly 52 years in prison before dying on March 28. The Kitty Genovese case drew national attention because it was learned that neighbors heard but ignored Kitty's cries for help.

Thanks for that Kane. He was a particularly vile criminal. Not just attacking her once, but coming back a second time to 'finish the job.' Good riddance to him.

Kitty's brother has come out with a new documentary film about this case and again, the claim of 38 witnesses is being called into question as not even he believes it was that many.
Personally, I find that to be ridiculous. There is absolutely no way of being certain just exactly how many people saw or heard anything. It could be 38, it could be 28, it could be 48. |
