EXCLUSIVE: More TROUBLE for Tisha Campbell-Martin and husband Duane - now they are accused of hiding money in bankruptcy filing by diverting over $200,000 in payments from ABC's 'The Dr. Ken Show'

Tisha Campbell-Martin, 47 and Duane Martin, 50, say they have only $313,000 in assets between them
They claimed in bankruptcy filing their joint monthly income is $7,655 but monthly expenses are $16,953
The trustee in charge of their bankruptcy has filed suit claiming the couple created a shell company to hide income
Tisha and Duane have yet to respond to the allegations in the complaint
A judge has ordered the bankruptcy trustee to take full control over the companies until the case is decided.



In court papers the bankruptcy trustee accuses Tisha and Duane of refusing to hand over the money and he says the payments should have been made to XE Visions NOT their new company Won Hundred since the contract she has with Dr. Ken states she is to be paid via XE Visions
