I'm not sure if I understand your question. By bilingual do you mean a song in a language other than English or a song in English and spanish or French etc.? If you mean a song in a language other than English I'll say that "La Bamba" still remains as one of my favorite non English language songs.

Whereever You Are/Dondequiera Que Estes by Selena. That is one of my fave songs by Selena. It has such a good beat.

I'm surprised you didn't mention Como la Flor by Selena.

That is my favorite Selena song of all time. The first time I heard it was in Spanish class in Junior High
