Strange sound during TV shows - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I saw this thread on CITY-DATA (www.city-data.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1731304) and I have listenend to the over and over,I DO NOT HEAR ANY TONES DURING THIS SHOW.. (I only hear the creepy music playing)

Others say they hear the tones........ (12 and 17 seconds) COULD THEY BE EMBEDDED DIGITAL MIND CONTROL PROGRAMMING SIGNALS?? (And only compromised minds can hear them??)

I don't know but once when I was watching Webster on Antenna TV, at the end of the show, Webster just let out a creepy laugh and it was very strange

I didnt hear them either..... ALL I HEARD WAS MUSIC WITH CHIMES OR TONES BUT NO SEPERATE TONES LIKE PPL SAY THEY HEAR!!
