I personally wish that Washington State would just adapt Daylight savings Time all year round. The only weird thing about that is that in the winter it wouldn't become light until about 9am. I like this DST...spring ahead!

Now I can go out later since the sun won't set until 7ish.

One less hour of sleep, ugh. I understand that it means more sunshine, but I don't like that in the summer it doesn't get dark until 9pm. There have been times at 8:30pm and the sun is still shining and bright.

As someone who is sensitive to sunlight [Aniridia] I'm not a fan of the extra hours of sunlight.

I remember when it was more well rounded with the daylight savings time. It used to follow in October and end in April [six months]. Now it's the first Sunday in November and early-to-mid March. Oh well.

But you're in California. Except for that pesky no water problem, isn't everyday springtime and sunshine? I'd rather have the hours sleep.

Yeah. Mainly! But not yesterday! We had a downpour !!! I was stuck out in the rain running errands on foot ,it was really coming down!!!!

It was also really windy!

And lately spring has been in the air! The smell of flowers in bloom !!!

Out here where we don't get extreme winter weather, and even on warm sunny days it doesn't smell or have the feeling of spring from December - March if that makes sense? I always loved Springtime. And I LOVE Easter!!!!!

I was thinking of you guys too when I posted. Aren't you glad the really cold weather and snowstorms will be coming to an end?

For once yes because the heat in this apt is too inconsistent causing me to wear 5 shirts while watching tv

Yeah, sometimes!!! Like sometimes if I'm really tired and want to settle in with pajamas and it's still light out after 8:00,it's like get dark already!

It's not as much fun as when we were kids out playing to have so much daylight!

But still I prefer this to the other time when we set the clocks back. It seems depressing when the day is over too quickly!!!

I got all the clocks in the house reset, but still have to do the one in the car. What a hassle!
