How many sitcoms used the "sleeping bag zipper" antic? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm just curious because some shows used the excuse where a character's sleeping bag zipper would get stuck and they would hilariously jump around.

Here's who I WISH it would have happened to on sitcoms:
Andy Travis (WKRP in Cincinnati)
Kirk (Newhart)
Rob Petrie (The Dick Van Dyke Show)
Kevin (Mr. Belvedere)
Potsie (Happy Days)

On Three's Company it happened to Jack Tripper while on camping he gets stuck in a sleeping bag.

Yes! In the episode "A Camping We Will Go". She also punctured her air mattress with her hair curlers and thought she was being attacked by a snake! (or as Cindy would say " a thnake") The stuck zipper bit also happened to the Dad in "Small Wonder" when they went on a camping trip.

Perfect Strangers 2 part episode Up a Lazy River. In first part episode, a scene where Balki and Larry using sleeping bag zipper and they get stuck inside with closed zipper
