Default My local supermarket is already high as hell and now after paying for your food, the

cashier asked......"would you like to DONATE" I cut her off in mid sentence especially since it's hard to buy food in this place because of the prices. Now the market wants me to give more of my money for a donation? I almost said F*CK NO

I need someone to donate money to me for my new move lol

Why do you post threads like these? It seems like every week you find something to bitch about and then you come on here to complain about it. I don't know about anyone else, but I could honestly give a **** about your problems. I got my own problems to worry about.

That isn't nice!!! We all post here our problems or things that are annoying to us from time to time!! Besides the TV shows, that is what we are all about here! Friends helping friends. We are a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen, and we all try to help each other out!

TVfactfan has been a member here for many years! And besides there is nothing wrong or offensive with this thread. Grocery prices ARE very high these days! And after spending lots of money, it is hard to not get annoyed if somebody is asking you to donate more money that you don't have!

Once in a while I'll donate a dollar but I hate it that they ask you at the checkout line. It makes you feel like a heel if you say no but I guess that's their point.

This has always happened at supermarkets. Was this your first time shopping for yourself? If so, congrats and condolences. Congrats on adulthood, condolences because it's my least favorite time of the week. It's always for a good cause though, so my best advice is if you can give a buck or so, great , if not, a quick, polite "No thanks" or " Not today" does the trick and you're out the door. The cashier is probably expecting a no.

SOUTH PARK did a hilarious episode on this last season. Here's a clip, but for the full effect, you should really track down the full episode-

Then be wary of the rest of the internet. Out of curiosity I googled the phrase My local supermarket is already high as hell and now after paying for your food, and the OP has posted this topic at at least 4 message boards. If you're going to stick around here you'll have to learn to live with him. Remember that advice you gave tenter yesterday?

That poster has now entered my sh*t list. And you are right, I see many people come here to complain about things in their life and now that poster wants to criticize me?

And I was having a fun rant moment, it wasn't anything serious like the apartment situation
