According to Joey, in an episode of "Joey" they did. He was asked how his friends in New York were doing and he said that they were all happily married. A few years ago, Jennifer Aniston was asked if Ross and Rachel were still together and she said that they were still 100% together and had more kids. So in TV land, Ross and Rachel are still together, happily married with their kids. There is no need to assume anything else.
