McDonald's Filet o Fish Lent Fridays!!!!!!! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

IDK if they have the special on the Filet O fish on Friday's during Lent this year??? I haven't seen anything advertised yet.

I hope so!!!!! I'm dying for one!!!!!

Thinking about this Friday for lunch! Well I could still get one even if it isn't on special I guess!

MMMMMMmmmm I love these things. The special here is 2 fish and basket of fries for 5.99.

I love their fish filets, but went cold turkey off McDonald's 4 yrs ago, except for coffee.

I know!! They are tasty!! Besides them the only thing I like are the Egg and sausage Mc Muffins. But I very ,very rarely go to Mc Donalds as I got older!

The only thing I eat at McDonald's is Chicken Nuggets and Fries. I don't go there much any more but I did have some a few days ago.

Tomorrow I'm gonna make Tuna casserole for dinner, and I'm just trying to think of what I will be eating and preparing for dinner on Fridays for the next coming weeks that don't have chicken or beef?

Baked Salmon( my favorite fish) for dinner ! And I love tuna sandwiches and tuna on crackers! And along with the filet o fish from McDonalds a take out food I love is bean and cheese burritos from Taco Bell!

Have you tried the Chick FilA fish sandwiches? So much better than Mickey D's. Unfortunately, they only have them on Fridays during Lent.

I like the Wendy's Fish Sandwich...I had it today for lunch.

I always eat fish on Fridays during Lent. Too bad the closest fish fry in mt area is either St. Rocco's or Prosperity Social Club in the Ohio City area.

OH wow!!! I didn't know they had a fish sandwich! Their chicken sandwich is delicious, I'm sure the fish is too! There is a Chick fil A not too far from me, today I won't be around that area. But for future reference, I'll try one before Lent is over! Thanks for letting me know!

I like the fish on the bun at McDonalds. I like it plain without cheese or condiments.

I may go to Westgate sometime this March. That's the closest Chick-Fil-A where I'm at.

I never had the fish sandwich at Wendys. I like Wendys though as far as fast food goes!! Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are good, and the fries aren't too greasy!

I used to like the Burger king Whaler! I haven't had one in years though!

I did find out the Lent special is on at the McDonalds near me!!!!

They are offering the Filet o Fish on Fridays for $1.79!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!

The only thing BK has now is The Big Fish.

And I wish that the fast food fish chain would be revived.

I've had both LJS and Arthur Treacher's fish...I prefer Arthur Treacher's over LJS maybe because it has more variety.

I've also heard that the reason why there's NOT many fish chains is because they're individually owned for the most part, like Quizno's.
