How do I report a reckless driver without the license number?
Yesterday, as I was walking home...some ******* driver splashed water on me and flipped me off...I yelled at the *******s and flipped them off!
I didn't get their license plate number, but it was a green Honda Sedan that had temporary tags. I just want to get those mother****in mutts! I also know that there's a daycare center/parenting place down the street...should I ask for the security vid between 3:45 and 3:54? Because I'm sooooo tempted to do this... |
