Did Robert Stack speak Spanish? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Can't remember which episode this was and it's irrelevant anyway, but I was watching UM last night and noticed this. Stack was saying some names of wanted Mexican fugitives, and I was surprised by how well-pronounced they were. He even almost rolled his Rs, and sounded like someone who was fluent or semi-fluent in Spanish. Trivial, I know, but I had never noticed this before.

He did film The Bullfighter and the Lady in Mexico and was one of his favorite shoots.

He should never have pronounced Paso Robles wrong unless it really has a Spanish name with an English pronunciation, which maybe some towns do.
