Complete:
1. The Three Stooges - Not a TV show, but I had to collect it like one. 2. NewsRadio - My all-time favorite show. Proud to own the whole series. 3. Taxi - I just wish there wasn’t any music edits in the later seasons. 4. Wings - A favorite of mine that I needed on DVD. 5. Quantum Leap - I only wish all the music was intact. 6. Boy Meets World - One of my favorites. 7. Andy Richter Controls the Universe - Short-lived but I was obsessed with it. 8. The Wonder Years - I thought if it came it would be heavily butchered. 9. The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis - I never thought it would come to DVD. 10. Hey Dude - A favorite of mine as a kid that I never thought I’d see again. Not Complete Yet: 1. My Three Sons - The ultimate Holy Grail show for me. 2. Chico and the Man - A show I love and need on DVD. It hurts that it’s unreleased. 3. Happy Days - I want all seasons but I’d prefer no music edits. 4. Perfect Strangers - I gotta have all eight seasons. I love this show. 5. Rhoda - I fell in love with this show via DVD. So it wasn’t a Holy Grail show originally, but it became one. 6. California Dreams - It’s a corny show but I love it and want the last season. 7. The Donna Reed Show - Come on, just three more seasons! 8. Just the Ten of Us - Bring on the Lubbock Babes! 9. Too Close for Comfort - I loved what I’ve seen and need the rest. 10. One Day at a Time - I gotta have it! |

I will never figure out how "Beverly Hillbillies" is still stuck. The whole series should have been out complete years ago.

Top 10 Holy Grails that have been completed:
1. All in the Family 2. WKRP in Cincinnati 3. One Day at a Time 4. Diff'rent Strokes 5. Rhoda 6. Remington Steele 7. Newhart 8. Laverne & Shirley 9. Bewitched 10. I Love Lucy Top 10 Holy Grails that haven't been completed: 1. St. Elsewhere!!! (20th Fox) 2. The Love Boat (CBS/Paramount) 3. Head of the Class (Warner Bros.) 4. It's a Living (Warner Bros.) 5. The Hogan Family (Warner Bros.) 6. Murphy Brown (Warner Bros.) 7. My Two Dads (Sony) 8. Silver Spoons (Sony) 9. Blossom (Disney) 10. Empty Nest (Disney) I'm not including Alice or Perfect Strangers because it looks like they'll be completed by Warner Archive in the future. Looking through this list and noticing that WB has the winning number of shows I want that are on my top 10 list with 4 out of the 10 shows (Head of the Class, The Hogan Family, It's a Living, and Murphy Brown). Interesting. |
