Hypocritical Barney - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I don't know if this has been mentioned but there are times when he does things that he has given tickets for. I have seen him jay-walk and litter. Like when the attorney comes to learn how to be a deputy. When he is leaving Barney starts to write a ticket. He then tears it up and throws it on the ground.

I noticed that too just the other night I saw that episodes with Bob Rogers where Barney tears up the ticket and throws it on the ground. Shame on Barney.
