Reuniting with "Firefly's" Nathan Fillion on his ABC procedural also gave Torres an opportunity to have some fun lampooning "The Real Housewives" franchise via her character, Penelope Foster. "I show up on set and I know exactly how I want to play it," she recalls. "I wanted to fly the New York flag high, and I showed up with this thick Bronx accent.
