Just something I noticed

Is there or was there in the 90s something about wearing one black sock and one white sock. I just noticed in the episode I was watching that Chandler was wearing one black sock and one white sock and in another episode I remember Rachel coming out of her room wearing one black sock and one white sock. Just something random or was there something about wearing one black and one white sock then or just on the show? Just a stupid question I thought of when I noticed it. Anything else you all have noticed on the show?

I noticed there was a statue behind Rachel in the episode where she's at her boyfriend's parents house and is wearing the nightie (spelling?) when his parents walk in that the eyes turn red on. There are a couple scenes where you see Rachel and behind her is the statue and all of a sudden the eyes are red and then next time you see her and see it they aren't. Then again they are red. What kinda weird/unusual things have you all noticed, if any?
