Default Foul play on Native American Reserve

This has got to be one of the most baffling cases i have ever seen. I can't offer any names but i saw this case on you tube before it got taken down. This was a Stacks segment by the way, i don't ever remember it being re-aired during Farina's time.

There is a Guy about 18 maybe and his girlfriend and him recently had a baby. They live on an Native American Reserve and believe they are still in school. The Guy's father and mother agreed to take the baby off of their hands sometimes to give them a break. The guy who ill call Frank, wants to go out partying with his girlfriend who ill call Sarah. Frank's farther babysits Frank's and Sarah's kid while they go out for a night of hanging out. Sarah's cousin is invited by them so she tags along. Frank is driving , Sarah is in the passenger seat and Sarah's cousin is in the back.

According to the Segment Frank's father says they returned home around 11 and he knew they had been drinking so he tells Frank to leave the baby with them and at they could continue to hang out. Frank Sarah and Sarah's cousin get back in the car and from this point on t he story is told from Sarah's point of view.

They are driving and i believe the roads were Icy or wet from the night before. It was around January or February. All Sarah's cousin remembers is the car loosing control and it flipped over and slid into a ravine. She remembers her and Sarah are fine but for some reason Frank who was driving is completely gone. They have no idea where he went and to her recollection she hadn't passed out or gone unconscious. Her and Sarah Scream for him but he is not there. Then They start screaming for help. Sarah's cousin says Sarah ends up getting lose from the flipped over car and crawling out and then she is never seen or herd from since. She screamed for her cousin but it was like she vanished too. At that point Sarah's cousin is confused and screams for help and eventually a car passes the road and she is taken to get help.

This is where things get even more strange. Sarah and Frank are not found for 3 months. She says she has no idea why her cousin or Frank would just leave her in the car like that, and they had about two beers and that's about it. Three months later Both bodies are found near the ravine in a lake that was already searched around the time of the disappearance. The corner is dumbfounded because There is certain things the body does when it decomposes in water, yet Franks Body was decomposing at a much slower rate that Sarah's. They had both been found the same time but his clothes were in perfect condition and both their shoes were missing.

That part made me think of David paulides cases but other than that i dont know what to make of that. IF it was a murder that seems very strange and too Lucky for whoever got away with nobody witnessing them or hearing anything. Remember this is a very tight knit community. Its not impossible one of their own did it, but it is very unlikely. IM pretty sure if an outsider was seen driving around someone would have seen or been suspicious.

The fact that Sarah left her cousin like that makes no sense. It is as if her and Frank Vanished into thin air once they made it out of the vehicle.

yeah this thread has a lot on it too. it's worth bumping if you want to. it was a strange case. I'm thinking alcohol plus head injuries probably had something to do with it, but it still doesn't explain everything....

Oh, Arnold and Ruby.

I'm convinced they died at the same time. I'm just not sure how the bodies were in differing states of composition....

One was supposed to have been far down, semi-frozen, while the other was near the surface, semi-thawed.

Well, there you go. Sounds like one may have fallen through the ice, then.

many times on UM they'd spookify a case by claiming things like "decomposed differently" or the guy's hat was found after they searched the area implying that the killer had come back to taunt.

But in reality it almost always turns out the initial search was bad or if a second coroner looked at the bodies he'd dispute the original claim or one body was under ice longer or something. In the case of the hat the victims were eventually found in a nearby pond in their car so no one came back to taunt.
