99% of people say he is guilty. There should not be a debate on this.

Guilty. The way I see it, the late Vincent Bugliosi's 1996 book Outrage: The Five Reasons Why OJ Simpson Got Away With Murder dispels all doubt about it.

I agree. I remember watching the verdict live in 1995.
I was shocked. The man did it. His ex-wife publicly rejected him at a school event for their kids and his girlfriend broke up with him the next morning, which was the day of the murders. He was guilty. A mountain of forensic evidence pointed to only one person from the crime scene to the bronco and to his bedroom: it all tied OJ to the crime. |

There are two alternative theories:
Columbian drug dealers through Faye Resnick and Jason Simpson, OJ's son from his first marriage. Neither convinces me. |

Also there was a theory that it could have been serial killer Glen Rogers who did it! You can google him and read about it!

Yeah, no strong evidence though. I do not believe it was that man.
The mountain of forensic evidence tied OJ to the crime scene, the victims to his car and bedroom, and many other things. Size 12 Bruno Magli shoes. The killer bleeding from the left side. OJ's blood and hair found at the crime scene in gloves and a cap belonging to him. OJ buying a knife that matched the wounds six weeks earlier. OJ is guilty! |

I can't verify any of this, but I've been told there was a mountain of DNA evidence that tied Nicole and Ron both to the Bronco. As in, their blood was in the Bronco.
Urban legend has it that Judge Ito refused to let the DNA evidence in because he didn't understand it. If that's actually true, then there's no question in my mind that O.J. is guilty. I'm looking forward to Ryan Murphy's take on the subject matter. Perhaps this question will be answered.

One element of this crime that I feel everyone overlooked was that OJ was a serial abuser.
Nicole was a battered wife/ex-wife. No one paid attention to this. Who cares if he was a big celebrity, there was a clear pattern of abuse and control. I believe he flipped because he ended up being rejected by his ex-wife and then girlfriend, while Nicole was free to date around as she pleased. This made him feel powerless and he went in to take control of her. |

Among the excluded evidence was the recorded police interview in which OJ made incriminating statements about the cut on his finger. In the tape, he was told about the blood around his house, and this interview occurred a few hours before blood was drawn from him. The cut on Simpson's finger was a deep cut, yet he couldn't provide a legitimate answer as to how he got that cut. What are the odds that he would cut himself as badly as he did while Nicole and Ron were being stabbed to death? |

I agree! As much as I didn't want to think at first that he could actually be a murderer! Remembering him when I was younger ,a famous football player and actor who was a good guy that everyone liked!!! For him to have snapped like that. Very scary!!! Just everything points to OJ! No other scenario of who could have killed Nicole and Ron ads up!!! Tonight is the premier of "The people vs. OJ Simpson" on FX!!! I think it's a four part series? On at 10PM! I'm wondering if that will be 7PM PST? I'm going to be watching that for sure!!! Cuba Gooding Jr. as OJ!!! He doesn't really look like him? And OMG John Travolta as Robert Shapiro!!!! WOW!! That's going to be interesting! And David Schwimmer (he's so cute) as Robert Kardashian ! WOW it really is going to be interesting!

Just now, Marcia Clark claimed that O.J. got away with it, was because he was black.
Um, no, O.J. got away with it was because she and the rest of the prosecuting team did a horrid job on the case. Plus, Robert Blake was white, and he also walked. So skin color had nothing to do with it. |

I believe it was because Johnny Cochran masterfully played the race card. You have to remember this case was payback for the Rodney King Verdict. Remember the LA riots?

Wasn't Simpson eventually jailed for another crime in Nevada?
