Default What if Home Improvement was relaunched again?

With Fuller House and Girl Meets World having a new generation of the show...if HI did the same thing, the show should be called Life Improvement.

Here's the plot...

Randy Taylor lives in Chicago with the girl that he met in Costa Rica. He's a newspaper editor at The Chicago Tribune and has three sons as well. The other cast members make a visit from time to time and Randy has his Wilson named Franklin Franklin Jr. where we don't see his face...not even his eyes!

Only if Johnathan Taylor Thomas decides to go back into acting. If it's Zachary Ty Bryan...

Brad Taylor returns to Detroit after being in college and is a player for a fictional MLS team The Motor City Football Club and he's married to Samantha. The other cast members will make a visit, with his father Tim seeing him a few times as he's now the manager of Tool Time which has been revamped as well. And Brad would still see Franklin Franklin Jr. for advice.

Those would be the two candidates since Taran Smith isn't interested in acting anymore.

I thought Jonathan Taylor Thomas had given up acting as well. I don't think I'd be interested, I don't know what they could do or what stories they could tell that the original show hadn't already.

To me if the show came back, it would not be the same without Earl Hindman (Wilson).

God bless you and his family always!!!

You are right. If show came back it would be nothing without Wilson.

Well, Wilson couldn't have been a major part of a reboot focusing on one of the kids, unless they moved into Tim Taylors house and Tim and Jill moved out. If they did that then people would accuse it of copying Fuller Houses plot. Or it could do a weird Boy Meets World thing where That teacher teaches every class the kid goes to. You know, Wilson moving next door to Tim Taylors kid for some reason.

Anyway, I think everyone could cameo once in a while, they shouldn't write them as moving out of town like they did in fuller house cause then it'll get hard to write reasons for them coming back.
