No More Blouse

In the past, I have written about how some shows that get episodes uploaded onto You Tube get taken down very shortly after they appear. My guess would be that this is because the people who own the rights to these series are sticks in the mud who are concerned that their presence will lower the value of syndication, DVDs, est. Shows that never seem to last on You Tube include the "Honeymooners" and "Three's Company". However, like I have stated before, episodes of "Gimme a Break!" tend to stay up with no problem. I have also observed that, even though there does not seem to be anything wrong with the old uploaded videos, new people continue to upload the same episode. I have also explained how, each video is accompanied by a still life of a scene from that episode. Well, a while back, I started a thread called "One Week Ago". This thread was about a new upload of the second-season episode "Julie Smokes". It was the still life that accompanied this video that caught my attention. The scene was that of the police chief holding up the blouse that he found in Julie's room. This is the blouse with the hand prints over the place where Julie's bosoms would be. Just thinking about it makes me feel giddy! In any event, although there are still uploads of that particular episode on You Tube, that particular video is gone. It seems that now, each time I punch in an episode, there tend to be about three videos to pick from. I guess that the rest got taken down because the powers that be felt that it was too ridiculous to have fourteen uploads of the same video!
