I heard this from a coworker. She said this company called Holograms USA is supposed to bring them back to life and others. They are supposed to go on tour next year!

Others being brought back to life as holograms include: Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Buddy Holly. They will go on tour in 2016 and 2017!

No they didn't. The Frank Sinatra hologram will be touring the country in 2016.

Assuming this is technically possible, I would think they'd need permission from their families or estates to profit off their image. And if they're playing recordings for profit they'd need permission from whomever owns the rights to the recordings as well as pay royalties to all.
