Default Did You ever get nostalgic for the past?

I have many of times. The most recent one was just a couple of minutes ago. I was watching an episode of Happy Days and the theme song came on. For some reason, the Happy Days Theme Song, makes me incredibly Nostalgic for the 1950s. When the theme song was on, I started to cry at the fact that I missed the 1950s a lot.

Did you ever get really nostalgic for the past before?

A big yes. I miss the 50's and 60's a lot. I could go into detail but it would take too long. But I do tear up some when I hear some music or see old photos.

A Lot!...

I STILL miss the 90's! Going to my grandfather's house, playing Sega, watching Nickelodeon, and in a way...going to places. Once I put in a tape of what I enjoyed during the 80's and 90's...this song creeps in...

Yeah when I watch old tv shows that my grandparents and my dad watched I get nostalgic. And some songs from the 60's and 70's make me wish I could go back and revisit the past for just a little while.

Oh all the time!!! I am all into "The good old days"!! That's why 90 percent of the TV I watch and music I listen to are over 30 years old!!!

I get so nostalgic it's pitiful. Probably why I love the classics. It takes me back to a simpler time.

Watching Muscle Beach Party with Annette Funicello And Frankie Avalon. Making me nostalgic about a time I have never experienced.

Yes, the older that I get the more nostalgic I get! I really miss the 70's. My kids were growing up then and I was only in my 20's. What I miss most is the great music and great television during that decade. I would love to go back there for a week or two! (or more!)

Yeah I get nostalgic for the good old days, which if you çheck my DVD and Bluray collection its mostly stuff I enjoyed as a kid and today's pop culture is mostly garbage.

yes, I miss the olden days of the 60s and 70s A LOT! Back when I didn't have any trouble walking, I didn't have trouble with my speech, I had friends, I used to travel every summer....

Sadly that's all just memories now....

You could always attempt to recreate the great memories you had!

Though I was never around the 60's, I wish I could've been a 60's child...the 90's were okay, but the 60's had better music. You can say I'm like Gallagher...

...though I was never stuck in the 60's!
