I'm a prolific viewer of old school wrestling. I'm sure I've seen these moves various times, but have never been able to associate the term with the move.

The first was a move Dusty Rhodes did called "The Flip, Flop N Fly". What is this exactly?

The second is something called "rocking the mat".

I am an old school wrestling fan as well. I thought the Flip, Flop and Fly was when Dusty would hit an elbow. I can't describe it but I think that is it. The other term I don't think I have heard of.
