Looking for certain information about World of Disney films - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I recall watching different episodes. Some had titles that were more memorable than others.

To start with one, it was a plot about a young boy of about 12. He was in some kind of military-like boarding school or maybe boys home. He sang in the choir and was very good at it and was chosen to sing for very young children in a hospital or orphanage and he was supposed to make his appearance in a room full of children but in the plot there was another choir boy who was jealous because he would have been chosen to do the performance if the first boy were not better than him, so the jealous boy plays a trick on the first one locking him in a room just when it is about time for him to go into the room full of children and sing, and another older boy tells the jealous boy not to play such a trick, but the jealous boy says that he intends to let the other boy out of the room in time to do the performance and is only teasing him, but the boy in the room climbs out of a window and sneaks out along a ledge to go to the adjacent window where there is a room full of children waiting for him to come and sing, and it is then that the jealous boy along with the older boy opens the door and do not see anyone in the room and they go to the window to see that the boy inside had climbed out the window onto a ledge and the jealous boy realized that his trick had gone too far and he is about to shout to the boy on the ledge but the older boy puts his hand over the jealous boy's mouth because it could scare the boy on the ledge and make him fall , but what eventually happens is that the boy on the ledge makes it to the adjacent window and then makes an entrance into the room full of children and sings for them on time.
A bit later one of the men in charge of the boarding school tells the boy that he made a strange entrance but he sang well .
I think that the jealous boy gets in trouble for playing such a trick.

This is the most outstanding scene I recall from this World of Disney movie.
I was somewhere under the age of 10 when I saw it (I think) so the description is very general.

Anyone recall the name of this World of Disney movie?
