Oh No 99 cent only store selling old calendars!!

I was at the 99 cent only store the other day and saw calendars for sale! All different designs and stuff. Really nice, not bad for a dollar! I bought one and right now I just was looking through it at the pictures, and happened to notice it is a 2015 calendar!!!! WTF!!! Why in the heck would they be selling 2015 calendars in the last month of that year????? I am fit to be tied! IDK if they all are? Or if somehow the old ones got mixed in with the 2016 ones? I guess I will take It back and see, and exchange it! If they are all old, than I will demand my dollar back!

That disgusts me why this store would still be selling 2015 calendars when we are practically at the bottom of 2015. Hopefully it is nothing more than a simple mixup and there are 2016 calendars to be had.

Hopefully, it was just a screw-up on their part. I'd demand my money back too-hope they do the right thing and refund you.

I'm hoping that the 99 cent store just made a mistake! Because like I said this store is a large chain, they do a really good business! They don't need to make an extra buck or two off of poor Shmucks like myself that take it for granted a calendar purchased in mid December is going to be for the following year!

Live and learn, huh? From now on when I buy a calendar I'm really going to check to make sure it is for the right year!

That's insane Bonnie. I could be wrong, but I think I was in a 99 cent store in New Hampshire a few years back. My sister lived there.

I don't know what type of Calenders they had at the .99 cents store but some are collectible even if they're outdated. Big Lots normally sells current year calenders for $8.00 but they're reduced 90% near the end of the year. I've bought Beatles, I Love Lucy & Star Wars for .80 and resold them for up to $10.00.

Maybe they branched out? I know the original store was in Southern California, and they are all over the place here and I know they are in Nevada too. I didn't know , but maybe they are in other parts of the country now too!

No ,nothing like that! Just your basic kittens, pretty scenery and the one I bought was quaint little old fashioned Churches in the United States. Not collectors items at all!

They're a good place for stocking up on toilet paper, office stationary, cup of noodles, soda drinks, motor oil, potato chips, tooth paste and soap.

YES!!!!! It's an excellent store!!! And you can't beat the price! I've never bought an outdated food/shelf item and the produce and dairy are always fresh! That's why it surprised me about the old calendars!

The 99 cents stores shouldn't sell old (2015) calendars. That's not fair to the customers who think they are getting a new one (2016).

As I said in one post earlier, my desk calendar for 2016 is spoken for, in the form of another cat calendar.
