I think it's just Ice Cold Killers, as they happen in different states, just happens to be in the winter. I haven't seen this case yet but I've seen some pretty good episodes of this show.

I watch that show. When it debuted in 2012, the show focused exclusively on Alaska cases; hence the original title Alaska: Ice Cold Killers. But when they decided to expand the geography, they slightly shortened the title to Ice Cold Killers.
